Orders can be placed online and payment made by telephone with Credit or Debit card, alternatively orders and payment can be made by telephone.
Safetyposter welcome Account customers and Purchase orders on 30 days payment terms in the USA (subject to status). Orders can be made placed online, by email or telephone.

All prices displayed exclude VAT (where applicable or indicated otherwise) at the current rate of 20% (VAT Number 2283115). VAT will be charged at 20% on all sales within the EU.

Intellectual Property
The copyright on all products including trademarks and logos registered and unregistered remain the property of Map Visuals Limited. All images / designs / drawings, belong to Map Visuals Limited and shall not be reproduced or disclosed or used in the original or translated form by the buyer other than for the purpose that they were originally supplied example – single use poster / single use display material or as described in the product description. All designs and images have been created by Malcolm David Teece, all examples of designs, testimonials and examples of images or design users refer to designs created by Malcolm David Teece over a number of years under a number of brands and trade styles.
Designs Supplied Electronically for self print and digital / electronic display:
All designs supplied with or without branding / logo are for the purchasing individual or organisation use only to display the message and will not be lent, hired, sold or otherwise used outside of the purchasing organisation.
All designs supplied in either PDF or JPEG are believed to be virus free, it is however the purchasers responsibility to check with their own security systems that this is the case.
Where a purchasers logo / branding is not required Map Visuals reserve the right to add to the bottom left corner of any design in a font size to a max of 28 the term ‘Created for .. (The purchasing organisation).
Designs supplied for digital / electronic display are supplied for the sole use of the purchasing organisation.
Legal
These T&C’s apply to all orders via online or telephone ordering and are subject to change without notice. (Orders in progress excepted) Consumer’s statutory rights are not affected by these terms & conditions.
All contacts between the seller and buyer shall be governed by English Law, and all parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Courts of Law in the USA.
