As our products are printed to order it is the customer’s responsibility to decide on the suitability and size of their chosen products and design(s) prior to placing an order and to ensure any name, brand or logo required is correct. (Including spelling). Ordering incorrectly does not constitute a fault and products returned on this basis will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered unless damaged or faulty.

Checking Your Product Delivery
We recommend that you open and check your delivery at the earliest opportunity. Any shortages, omissions or errors in your order must be reported within 3 working days. Please call (844) 937-6122 quoting your invoice number.
Packaging, shipping and handling charges for the return of incorrectly ordered products is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to arrange the collection of faulty or damaged items for refund or exchange at our sole discretion.

Refunds for Returned Goods
On receiving your returned goods we will inspect the goods and arrange a refund or replacement depending on your request in line with the above policy. If your order was paid for by PayPal, credit or debit card, the refund process will be completed by Zero Connect, LLC within 7 working day. If you request a refund, the time it takes for your refund to arrive may depend on your bank. If payment is made by cheque, a refund will be posted to you as a cheque within 7 working days.
